It's expected that you don't talk or make noise in character, no matter your IRL gender. I have heard of people using soundboards though. Would be pretty cool to get a voice changer, you would probably have to sound proof the mask though so I'm not sure how you would do that

It should be possible to train a dl classifier that records your whisper and talks in a synthesized voice. Training would be hard, but inference could probably work on a smartphone.
A much more expensive version would use 3d ultrasound to record muscle movements without any sound being made.
A major project in any case.
