If you wanna use Android for Tachiyomi then Galaxy Tab A 8.0. Do not buy those $50 Amazon Fire Tablets as they most certainly will not work for those games.

Brave and Opera has similar behavior with Safari when scrolling-it hides the address bar. FF retains it. No Chrome so can't test it but should be similar to Brave.

Good tablets have become a niche market that only Apple and Samsung are still proactively supporting after 2015.
Tablets are for parents to buy for their kids so they'll behave, and Amazon has that market covered.
Unless you're perfectly fine with outdated hardware and only plan to use a tablet for one thing that isn't games, you'd want a cheap iPad off eBay.

I know, I recently bought an older hp pro 608 because it was the only 8" windows tablet with 4gb ram. It's pretty nice but it is a little awkward without a pen or a mouse. Besides that in Android there's a zenpad z8 which has a decent screen but mediocre CPU. Otherwise the Huawei mediapads seem nice but fuck them
