Okay so I have a super specific question

I want to know if/ how this would work

Essentially I want a dual monitor setup but with the main gaming monitor projecting it's video/audio to a wall mounted tv. The TV will be a different refresh rate and resolution

So this is my build

Asus 1080p 60hz (extra monitor)
1440p 144hz (main gaming monitor)
4k tv 60hz

And for the pc itself

i9 9900k
Rtx 2080 to
34gb ddr4 ram

I forgot to mention the CPU is gonna be air cooled with a Darkrock pro 4 cpu fan.

Nothing is impossible, you just have to believe OP

Sorry bro, you need water cooling for this

Because of the extra monitors right?

Yea it works just tried. Basically you want to game but let someone watch you. You can make the audio come from the tv too but don't think you can split the sound into headphones and the tv that's not really my area but you should be able to play the game on your main monitor and duplicate that screen onto your tv.

you can't daisy chain displays like that at all.
if your tv doesn't do 144 hz you will not get 144 hz on your tv. end of story.
buy a 144 hz tv.

fucking retards this isn't rocket science

He didn't say he wanted 144 FPS on his TV, you absolute idiot

Try reading what he wrote you dunce he just wants to duplicate his main monitor to his tv.

Mirroring the displays will force his gaming monitor to display only at 60hz or whatever the max refresh of the TV is. He will also be limited to the max resolution of the monitor, so the TV will get a 1440p image.

yes?

Google Stadia with NordVPN should work

This lol

No it won't i just tried it you downie fuck, when i turned my tv on it set my monitor back to 60 automatically then i manually changed it back to 120 and it stayed, so i had main monitor 120 side monitor 60 tv 60 kys

refresh rate and FPS are totally different metrics you absolute fucking retard.

the only way OP could make this work and still use max refresh rate on the gaming monitor is to use OBS and have the monitor window in fullscreen on the TV. might be a bit of lag, though.

try playing a game on it then you fucking smoothbrain idiot
enjoy your unplayably fucked frametimes dipshit

So how would you go about it?

>t. retard who doesn't have dual monitor setup with tv connected to his computer
yes

>unplayably fucked frametimes
He's got an i9-9900k, not an AyyMD subpar chip

bitch i have four monitors go fuck yourself and your shitty tv

t. TN fag with 4 TN panels seething at the 60Hz 4k Chad OLED TV

You faggots are literally useless. HOW.

What am I supposed to do to achieve what I want?

It's in Windows Display settings
