My family didn't have much money to spend on computers back then, my mom used a 286 with DOS until the year 2000 or so when she upgraded to a windows 98 PC. I didn't know anything about operating systems, just used it to play games.

The biggest shock for me was when I started seeing people in porn who were younger than me.

I was born in 1994 and my first computer was some used shit that had a windows 95. My first new machine had a windows XP and that computer lasted the longest. I think it had 256 Mb of DDR2 ram which I later had upgraded to 512Mb

My favorite windows will always be XP but 95 is still oddly familiar even though I haven't used it in 18 years
