It's just any program opened quite often it will crash. I am using Fedora Linux with 5.2.11 kernel

alternatively, you're having disk errors, and the computer is stuck waiting on a disk that isn't going to respond, which is an issue I had a couple months ago and ended up having to replace my SSD
