I like minimal starting pages, with just the stuff I use the most.
The app drawer is sorted by type, like games, work etc.
I only use the custom iconpack for the start page since I actually like to be able to identify stuff.

The icons look stupid on big phones and computer screens but on my 4.6" phone it doesn't look bad. I will look for a different icon pack though.
