It at least stays quiet. I just listen to music and block out my line of sight with monitors.

If I didn't have a sucky upload speed at home I'd work remote and VPN in.

how bad is your net? I'm alright with 25 down 10 up. However, remote only really works if the entire team is remote

50 down, 3.5 up.
I'm mostly an infrastructure person now and don't really need to work lock-step with everybody else. If I'm not doing that, I'm overseeing regulated projects or working on optimisations for legacy software.

What's wrong with those speeds? Good enough for remote imo
