Anyone /SE/ct

imagine having small baby hands that you need to use a baby phone that'll have support dropped for it in iOS14 or iOS15

I'm getting one quite cheap from some ebay bimbo who managed to misspell SE and had her listing end 7AM.

Worst case I'll pass it on without loss.

I would unironically buy it as mp3 player. Also cheaper than ipod

Love my SE. Retards are forgetting that Android devices lose updates and support after just 2 years. Such as my Samsung A3, which can only run up to Nougat. And guess what? It’s still functional. The point is, iOS devices will remain operational even after support is dropped AND they are supported for longer.

>complaining a budget phone made in 2016 MIGHT lose support in 2020/2021

I just installed the 13.1 beta on mine, it’s stable at this point. Supposedly faster too but haven’t really noticed, as it’s still faster than my other phones.

I use one alongside my Note 9 because pocket space and because I need some sort of iOS device for work.
It's okay.

in the photo (taken with my se) is my work 7, which i fucking hate

lol. my piece of shit nexus 5x had it's support dropped but my SE is still going strong and performing beautifully

My daughter has an SE and she loves it. Its the perfect, up to date, just works, small phone

That’s a surprisingly nice photo. The camera is outdated nowadays but certainly not terrible.

that’s my response any time shills try to get me to buy _x_ new phone; my fucking 4s was taking nice enough quality photos. there is such fucking marginal added benefit from the “better” cameras in new phones.

there's a hair on your cheese

This might be the most wholesome iPhone conversation. I buy the newest iPhone year for no reason other than my own ego. But i pull out the SE for 2 weeks when i sell my old one. Ruing 13.1 on it now and it's amazing to me how small and peppy this phone is.

ios 12 legitimately sped up older phones

kek

I burned the 5S and SE alive. Not intentionally, they just burned up.

Apple.. never again.

SE is the most based of all the iphones. I was hoping they would release a new small model because I don't want a big one, but instead they kept memeing.
Also, redpilled. This is what android todlers inevitably fail to mention.

I don't know a good place I can buy one new for not a rip off, but I want to go back to one.

Is the keyboard workable on a small phone like this?

My smallest phone yet was a 4.7" motorola and I did have some problems typing.

Wrong board.

>imagine having a phone sized phone that has 5 years of support
Truly horrible.

The only big improvements are in low light either way.

It's pretty comfy for one handed use but if you have fat thumbs you might missspell a thing here and there. I wrote around 10k words of notes with it … so it does the job. (Had Xperia Z3C with 4.7" before)

The slimmer volume on 13.1 really fits SE so well.

Wow, iToddlers sure are BTFO.

You can even see his Galaxy S4 in the reflection. This webm is old as fuck.

iOS 5

SE from early launch 2016 here. Never going to upgrade until Apple releases a SE-like phone again. I will switch to a Pixel if this little motherfucker ever gives out, but I hope to god it doesn't and I will take care of it for as long as I can. It might be the best phone I have ever had.

Hoping they release an SE 2 next year.
Main thing I really want: camera that works well in low lighting conditions.
Giving it the Pro treatment and trading the button and bevels for a notch and a larger screen would be fine too. (But pretty unlikely.)

Pretty unlikely but would be pretty based. I wouldn't even mind the stupid price hikes if it had larger OLED screen filling the same body and Face ID.

You're going to get low grade $100 chinktrash stamped with a fruit logo marked up to $1200 and you're going to like it.
