I bought the Oneodio studio pro headphones almost 2 years ago, been using these everyday with long hours. 3 months ago it felt loose at one side then I noticed a crack at the bottom piece of the heaphone (both sides one not very much). One side got a broken part internally.
Fix: 1) screw open the latchet 2) Put a shitton of glue in it 3) ??? 4) profit!
Glue still holds it together. Never was there an audio problem. Pads are fine too, though you can see the wear starting, one pad is shaped into a more pressed together form but I dont feel much difference.
Well, 1mm holes are better than 1.6mm holes, no? At least you got it for free (if you open a dispute and get the 3mm one without sending the 1mm back)

I think it’s a deliberate strategy, they send you the wrong item (of lower value), and when you ask them to resend you the proper item, they lie about having reshipped it with Yanwen (or equivalent shitty carrier) and use the long delivery time to time out the dispute period. I’ve been chinked on eBay for a box set of M4 screws with this strat before, it was only a couple bucks though and I didn’t end up needing it.

I work in manufacturing (productization consulting) and I can tell you that over 80% of products that carry the label/sticker "Made in the USA" is a straight-up lie and a total bullshit. They're assembled in the US, at best, and many are just packaged in the US. Often, >50% of the product is made in China and then some US parts are added. More honest companies state "Assembled in the US from domestic and foreign parts". If anything's made out of metal or anything else that requires lots of machining and/or electronics, it started off as a billet/forging somewhere in China. Food and consumables are mostly made in the US if they carry that label. However, many of the chemicals used in the production come from overseas too.
Just few weeks ago I was at a company that was drilling few holes into a chinese made assembly and workers were then inserting few fasteners and they packaged it as "Made in the USA" product.
Anybody knows of any good websites which triangle ship through europe or has european stock? Ever since my country cracked down on taxing chink packages it has become exceedingly expensive to order. :/
