Pretty sure they would only need to have the entry and exit node to correlate who you are. Tor already kind of addressed this by making it so that your exit node constantly changes.
Tor, when used correctly, is still pretty much the best option out there for privacy.

Making connection with their enter and exit nodes is still pretty safe I'd say. But it's not for me, I'm too paranoid and would never trust this service to do anything I wouldn't do on the clearnet.
