First - it's the only consistently updated Chromium based browser with Ungoogled-Chromium patches. Ungoogled-Chromium, Iridium or Inox either don't compile on Linux or are just several versions behind.
Second - I know Kiwi is kind of open source, but Exodus lists no trackers and it has extension support.

though I don't really like icecat or mobile firefox that much; I only use it because there's nothing better available

brave because they claim to respect the user and privacy, but... well, we'll see. Nothing better that is day to day usable has emerged. And I question a lot of their shit, so I might move back to tranny fox(fire fox). Wish tor had their own browser built from scratch for daily use in addition to the onion routing one. Would also help drive adoption. Brave seems to actually be trying to do something with that, but the devs are so slow and incompetent that bug fixes and new features are coming out at a snails pace, in addition to questioning how private brave really is with their ad system and I swear there is some kind of memory leak bug or something in the recent build. I only have like 30 tabs open and my machine just fucking chugs as it lags out and memory util is at 30-40% pretty consistently. For reference I run a 6700k and 32GB ram. I shouldn't be lagging running 1 tab with a video and 29 doing fuck all in the background with umatrix wrangling most of the shit-scripts.

On mobile I just use tranny fox because mobile is fucked anyway.
