You then can send it via WhatsApp Web or Telegram Web if you use those.

I do that when I'm in BIOS or something that doesn't support screenshot.

It isn't faster, on linux at least.
On most Linux desktop environments you can just press the printscreen key, and click on save on the dialog box that just magically appeared, now you have the picture ready to post on 4channel.

Those aren't the options.
