fedora is a bloated and poorly run distro that is consistently among the slowest distros tested

>gnome

Fedora is an enterprise distro and has more security features enabled out of the box

whatever copes your boat

So what's new?

Nothing.

:(

Actually Manjaro is the consistently slowest distro in the benchmarking comparison you showed. If you want to use clear Linux that's up to you, but your gutter trash pajeet distros are going to crash after a week of use

>Fewest first place benchmarks = slowest
Reading comprehension

they didn't test Arch

best post in the thread, fuck gnome
kde rules

Systemd is more secure than whatever init you use that has nobody vetting and checking the code for security holes. All the eyes are on systemd

why does debian 10 do better than debian testing?

Oh it's you cheng Xiao poster

Man I miss her

I also want to know

Fedora forums are down ffs

absolutely based

all rpm distribution use the same compilation flags.
Multiple times, CVE's don't affect Fedora, SUSE and Red Hat because they use hardening in the packages.
Meanwhile Debian and ubuntu trannies are seething in despair trying to fix them

I guess no one works on Saturday huh

Is that KDE

Read the filename

speaking of that why they dont bother with performance? is it irrelevant on servers? i mean it isnt like redhat cant threw some money on it

to be honest this is probably too deep of a question for Jow Forums but just to speculate, maybe because of things like reliability, redundancy, additional overhead due to security, features, things like that.
I really don't know.

Might be true, but Debian never gave me a single problem, while Fedora, well, it wasn't smooth in anything and I had to uninstall it. I had a far better experience running Arch than Fedora. Again, could be just my hardware being a bitch.
But I'm not sure why you have to downgrade Debian and Ubuntu to make your case for Fedora, especially when tons of people use them and prefer them over Fedora.

I thought they're getting rid of Application Menu in Gnome 3.34. why it's still there?

Linux is a kernel. Fedora is a GNU system with Linux installed. Hence GNU/Linux.

>still down
What the FUCK red hat?

what's with these weebcels and yellow roasties making the same yellow fever threads every day

Silverblue is even better.

Stop shilling your garbage site, or at least post an archived. Have you even learned how to install Arch yet?

There will be always this certain kind of autism in the community. Ignore it and you will have a good time.

Did they fix the firewall so it actually respects when you open ports? Huge mess last time I used it, couldn't even get GSConnect to see my phone.

I just use Ubuntu MATE now, I declined to provide telemetry.
