Run bitwarden_rs in docker compose and get all the premium features for free. You can protect logins with dual authentication for maximum security.

Not really. Just make sure the version you use is open source and popular enough to not secretly be a bitcoin miner. They're all using the same primary code base just with different UI so it runs on different platforms.
