Its okay to know the truth, just dont let it change your behaviour in public for now until the right time comes. Just dont become depressed. If depression takes you, know that it will never leave.

You’re not going to find a positive outlook if the only place you look is politics, geopolitics, and whatnot. If you’re feeling the way you say you are, the best thing to do is to get a really time consuming hobby, and do it until you’re amazing. I bought a guitar a year ago because I was feeling the way you are. Now, when I feel hopeless and angry and all that shit, I can just unwind by sitting around practicing.
