The combat isn't very good and the main story falls off a cliff near the end, but there are some really good stories in the side quests and main quest. A lot of the sidequests are pure shit though.

The point of all the games is that no matter which side Geralt picks, something horrible will happen to some people that don't deserve it. Humans have problems, non-humans have problems, and not picking a side makes it even worse.
Life and conflict is ugly, the game is a good portrayal of it. There's no saving everyone.

It really isn't, because of the two sides the Elves are actually sadistic fatalistic savages while the Order is just being misled by time traveling what's his face. It doesn't say non-humans are all bad but it clearly portrays the humans in a more sympathetic light than the elves. The second game is more balanced because the elf leader is actually likeable, but only because he gives up his little crusade (which like in the first game is shown to be pointless and making things worse for the elves). The 3rd game doesn't focus so much on that conflict but it still shows that the humans are justified in at least some of their 'persecutions', because most of the elves really are plotting against them (also in the backstory they are shown to be hypocrites who genocided the natives then cried about how unfair it was when humans showed up and conquered them).
It does do the le enlightened centrist thing a bit, but it usually shows siding with the humans as the better option. The humans are more over the conflict, while the elves and dwarves are the ones who won't let it go and keep starting violence.

I was an hour into witcher 3 when I bumped into some guy in the woods who told geralt about getting exiled from his village. Geralt thinks its because he is a werewolf or some shit, but no, it's because he was gaying off with a stable boy or something. I thought that was a bad sign but the rest of the game was remarkably uncucked. Dragon age was fucking unbelievable though.
I aslo remember in the second one you can choose to go with roache or with the elves. If you went wirh roache the elves get slaughtered. The game was about choices, none if it was forced

Cyberpunk will feature degeneracy beyond that seen before in a videogame, but that is kinda part and parcel of the cyberpunk genre.
There's literally a mission where a dwarf tries to fake a hate crime against a white man and you can turn the dwarf into the cops and tell them "he's just not able to cope with racism."
Witcher 3 isn't leaning too far either way, it gives you a decent amount of choice.
The sword combat can be satisfying, the characters are entertaining, the ambient music is comfy, it has a good atmosphere.
It's a solid rpg, 9/10 the expansion packs were fantastic
Where did I talk about choices Geralt makes? None of the choices you make affect the portrayal of the big bad humans vs the freedom fighting others. That is in the background and part of the story.
The entire point is that they are in a race war and humans win but Elves know they'd have done the same thing too.

It does show some of the humans and non-humans as innocent victims, but of the two groups it is always the Elves/Squirrels starting the trouble (so the human propaganda about terrorists being hidden and abetted by the nonhuman quarter is all literally proven true). They are later shown to be being used by other human kingdoms, but they are not guiltless because they know they are being used and don't care as long as they can kill humans.
Also the only multiculti bit is that free city they try to start in the second game, but it literally fails because the races cannot get along and it was built on a lie. If anything, the series is mostly cynical but it tends towards portraying the dominant majority (humans, Whites if you want the analogy) as trying to accomadate the non-humans despite everything. The humans want to be left alone and fight their wars among each other, but the elves are obsessed with revenge. The dwarves are more sympathetic but even Geralt's bro dwarves admit that much of the racism they face is because young stupid dwarves help the elves commit crime and terrorism.
