The environment is not bad either. All suburbs with a few parks and woods tucked around the creeks. The woods have lost their comfy feel since I was a kid. The air quality got worse with the cities expanding and now you can still smell the city and cars from the woods.

I took this picture a few days ago, I live in a semi desert area where it is very hot in summer and very cold in winter.
It is an artificial water reservoir

It's hot but rained a bit today

In terms of the scenery, it looks similar to the marshlands near a coastal inlet close to where I live, except it's much more devoid of trees than it is here. If there were more trees dotted randomly around in the distance, especially somewhat tall ones, it could potentially pass for a photo taken here in New Zealand.
