why the fuck anyone eat a horse?

it's tasty

why are vegans so fucking retarded
is it because of malnutrition

I draw the line wherever I please because humans are above animals.

Ask /mlp/

Becouse I'm tatarian.

putting horse after rabbit. such thing mate

That's what I thought first too, kind of odd.

if it's tasty, i want it in my tummy

actually on this topic, what's the weirdest animal you've eaten?

I grilled up a snake we found at one of our cookouts one day but it wasn't very good. Otherwise, some people would probably turn their nose up at frog or catfish, even though they taste good.

Your mom's ass, city boi

the legend returns

I'd eat all of those!

....you tell no one

I'm happy just knowing you're still around. Your secret is safe with me.

Ok

alligator
shark

Uh
To me it's octopus
But i guess some might find Puffin, porpoise or Greenland shark weirder

I would never eat a rabbit.

octopus is normal

also catfish is normal
i like pangasius it has a good texture

Oh yeah, I've had shark before. Never actually eaten gator before though, even though you can get it at the grocery store here every once in a while.

Yeah, those last three are definite oddities to me, but especially porpoise. Is that even legal? I'd've assumed they were a protected species or something.

the alligator was fried
it tastes like chicken with the texture of lobster tail and is a bit grisly

Makes sense to me. I think I heard it was better cooked as steak, just like you would if it were beef, but I don't know for sure.

that would be weird since it's white meat

Just what I heard, might be wrong. I've seen it prepared a couple different ways but the memories are kind of vague.

I remember seeing it barbecued once though and it took to that smoke real well.

based

Seems to me that eating herbivores is ok, but we usually draw the line at not eating carnivores.

Isn't that because carnivores generally don't taste as good?

it's also because they're smarter and have front facing eyes so we can project ourselves onto them more
>predators are smarter
>prey are dumber
>vegans are stupid
makes u think

Attached: dumb.png (664x332, 239K)

i dunno
it tasted weird and slimey to me, definitely not a common food here
I also had squid, that tasted less weird for some reason

maybe it's not legal in the us but we ate it for a few weeks in my household with some nice cheese pepper sauce
those were very good times

You've never tried Labrador, right?

so you guys eat horse

Could be. Also they are smarter than herbivores. Dogs and cats are carnivores. Cows and deer are not.

i don't like calamari
octopus #1

I've had a snickerpoodle

Eat stupid vegans, gotcha.

ye
we salt it and then boil it
it tastes very good actually

>all animals want to live
do they?

eat it out hhhmmmmm

golden rets are good bois

based and kielbasa pilled

Depends on whether or not the animals is domesticated enough to be useful. Dogs are useful for all kinds of stuff, and so are cats, just on a smaller scale. My cat eats all the bugs in my house. Horses are useful. These animals are also highly intelligent. But chickens are fucking dumb. Pigs and cows may be smarter but they're unpleasant to be around.

Chickens are literally food factories. Also they can wipe out all the ticks and parasites in an area if they are free roam.

anyone in ww1 or ww2

Sure, but can they offer companionship like a dog? No. Chickens are mean little shits. I can't even imagine having one in my house. That's why I have no problem eating the little fuckers.

its good

horses are useful for buggerall nowadays
only racing and glue comes to mind
so race them to death, use the parts that are used in glue and serve the rest on a plate i says

This

Golden Retriever, everything on the right of it can go in the oven.

Yeah, I really wouldn't have an issue with eating horse meat. Or wild dog meat for that matter if I was in a bad situation.

I wouldn't draw a line. If you raise an animal because you want to eat it, nothing should stop you from doing it.

If it's made of tasty meat it's food.

we do eat

dog
>boney.. makes your body warm
rabbit
>soft and quite tasty
sea urchin
>normal japanese cuisine, but apparently not a lot of people eat it
>tastes really good

I think I tasted frogs during my childhood

If I was hungry enough I eat all if them. Human been and use to eat them all but there become no need to eat cat and dogs. Unless you some were thst dose

Vegan reporting in

hey if I was hungry enough I'd eat all of them

I've eaten opuntia/prickly pear before. Pic related. But that's a plant, not an animal.
It had a very similar texture and taste to dragonfruit, except not quite as soft. It pretty much just tasted like a solid, soft but slightly crunchy block of water, which makes sense given the nature of the plant.

Attached: opuntia.jpg (1800x1364, 247K)

I've eaten fugu, dog, and horse. Depends on what you consider the weirdest.

Buns make good pets and taste good

Not the bunnies! D:

i've eaten all of those before

>All animals want to live
Not true.

"food" and "pet" are just different states of animal

Only the intelligent ones. I don't eat horses btw.

veganfags dont see farms are usually a mutually beneficial relationship with animals and humans (assuming theres no malpractice or abuse etc)

an animal living on a farm has a much better life than in the wild, they dont have to worry about food or predators at all

plus nowadays you think wild chickens and cows and pigs could even survive if we let them roam free. where the retarded pigs and chickens gonna find corn meal and shit, oh FARMS

CHENNNN

Attached: EvilSmile.png (295x398, 108K)

The ugly looking dog. The golden retriever looks like it has some good meat on it though.

france? idk man. horses as a food taboo make little sense.

still not appetizing but whatever. i draw the line after the last dog. although i'm ashamed of having eaten lamb.

fuck lambs are cute. i bottle fed one for a while. it didn't make it. i'm still kinda sad.

REEEE GOLDENS ARE PEOPLE YOU ARE A SATAN

while making the cuts

never heard it called opuntia before, but I've eaten it too. I think it's just ok. I think the one I had was overripe, though.

Where and why did you eat dog? I feel like you can't exactly get it at a butcher's market in the US.

>Can’t eat/buy human meat in 2018
Why live
