Okay so if I launch the game with SE via the main folder it works as normal. The whole starting sequence and all, saving etc but when I do it via MO the cart won't move. I can still save (I've continued from my trying out save after the main intro) and I could save aswell

Do you have LOOT and have you updated FNIS? are you running FNIS with patches clicked that you don't have installed?

When I launch SE via MO the cart is stuck but the whole intro conversation goes on. This doesn't happend when I launch SE from the game's folder itsels. I think something overwrites my game files even when I have all of my mods disabled

Ok, it was the overwrite folder in MO. Even when I had my mods disabled it caused the starting sequence issue. What If I delete the folder? Will my mods inject files properly again or will they get fucked?

Fuck, I've enabled 3/5 of the mods again and the problems is back. The black screen of doom when I try to save manually.
Yeah but mods get overwriten so I won't be able to delete a certain mod without affecting others.
