In this thread, we will be comfy. The topic of today is surreal, aesthetically pleasing things in nature that don't look real/natural but in fact are.
This is Dallol, Ethiopia. It is a collection of hydrothermic pools and it is the only of its kind on this planet. It is in constant flux, the pools will never be the same shape or colour from one month to the next.
Oh thank you OP, I completely forgot to make one of these when I woke up this morning. I've been okay today, it's a regular Monday for me. The day's not yet over, so I can't say if I've won or not but I'll be damned if I let it beat me down again. How are you doing today?
This image is of the Giants' Causeway in Ireland. It contains about 40,000 basalt columns that all interlock together to form what you see here, only much larger in scale.
I didn't win today, I woke up feeling like trash, and it took me almost an hour before I finally got out of bed. I don't think today is going to be a good day.
I don't mean to hijack OP's thread, hopefully he comes back soon, but I guess I'll take the lead for now. Did you not get enough sleep user? It's still the early afternoon, there's much potential to be had. Carpe diem, make the most of what your time now. Those look great mado, how long did you walk for?
This image here is of the Seven Colored Earths in Mauritius. Very comfy place, it's just relatively small and always filled with tourists.
