After you queue up to this dungeon, that is for 144 players, the top 56 can enter a second high end, extremely difficult dungeon
You can't even revive people in there, death makes you lose a level (levels here are different from normal outside levels, this is a special place) and normal mobs one shot non-tanks
People are making discord servers solely to try and clear those things

That's very brave of developers, to hope every realm will have enough people to make the queues not as big of a problem.
Unless it supports something alike "join in" mechanic, where you can simply get aboard the progress currently clearing it out group has gotten to.

The queues are non existent for this duty, there are always multiple instances and you can join on the middle, no worries, since the duty is not a raid but a big map with multiple different lvl bosses to do

it's simple. I use the world adventures feature of transfiguration.
to be exact, my methods are 4k worth of misc items (such as plants or relics) get converted into a spire of tiberium (spires are worth 6900% base value but only naturally made on tiberium), repeat three more times.
then gather 5 gem types (NOT the tiberium), dust 2 and make the others into emerald cuts, and place them onto the table you made the tiberium from and produce a raw soulstone (worth up to 2.2k).
dust it, place 4 soulstone dust and 4 tiberium spires and hope you roll a soulstone spire, if not you can reuse the result but in the case of tiberium dust you'll have to wait for it to regrow.
if you got the soulstone spire, congrats! a small one can be worth up to 144k monies!

They're usually on the manufacturer website, but there were only drivers for windows 8.1 (the operating system my computer shipped with) and i had to manually find windows 7 compatible drivers for each component.
