I often find best results by trying to max out testosterone counts by weekly nofap. Reading I've done shows test peaks after a week no fap, but then steadily declines. Any thoughts regarding this?

I think personally a lot of the benefits come in other ways not just from testosterone. But the science does supposedly say that it max’s at a week. I don’t know how that explains my voice getting deeper several weeks into it or my hair and beard becoming thicker as well if the testosterone stops, so their must be other systemic changes going on. I believe a lot of it is hormonal “leveling out” if you will since your not throwing them out of wack every time you wank or have sex. For me it takes a week until I start to see benefits so it makes no sense for me to just stop there but rather to continue for several more weeks. I don’t know how this will work out with my future spouse but I definitely want to keep doing this for my whole life. Hopefully she will be ok with being boned monthly but we’ll see. I hope that answers some of your question. Have you ever gone past a week?

How can I realistically do more than that? I With my current routine I hit the gym around 8pm and when I go back I still have to cook dinner, eat it, clean the dishes, and prepare what's necessary for next day. I'm trying to hit the sack before 11pm so I sleep at least 7h.

I personally get the best benefits by going longer stretches. If I just do a week I feel “ok” and better but in a pretty minor way. I think the longer you can be on a streak the better because the benefits seem to build up in a way. I said somewhere else here I’m trying to do at minimum monthly streaks going forward and that’s my sweet spot but I am currently working on a 90 day streak, at day 45ish right now. I felt like a zombie before, fapping once a day.

I think the rage is something that will go away for you once you get used to not having porn and getting a quick dopamine release every time you fap because life is hard or your pissed off and it makes you feel better. This is a good chance for you to work on yourself.

It is hard as fuck. But the longer you abstain from it, the easier it gets. Stop watching porn and it'll get even easier.
