The space battle was quite lame, too. I can excuse the whole meme with spaceships "falling downwards" but they even had some really dumb looking bombers that dropped those ball bombs as if it was a regular carpet bombing and not a bombing in space.

once when i was in college i wanted to heat a few slices of pizza. decided i didn't want to clean a baking pan so i put it in a big glass plate that looked pretty sturdy, thick glass and everything. figured i was safe using it for just a couple of minutes.

also I might be wrong but I think thicker glass breaks more easily due to stress so that was a bad choice

i have a glass casserole dish that's pretty thick so maybe it just matters if it's tempered properly or it's a combination of both.
either way, since then i've learned that when cooking in glass or clay dishes you're supposed to put them in a cold oven and then let them heat up gradually or you risk them cracking so maybe that played a part too.
still fairly sure a regular jar wouldn't survive 40 minutes in the oven though
i saw force awakens but i was so bored by it i gave up on watching any more disney sw. i tried solo on the airplane but it was literally too boring for me to stay awake.
