In 20 years I have never come across a woman boss that didn't have a huge chip on her shoulder, an attitude problem and a general power trip complex. Women in power feel like they have the right to be cunts to everyone below them. This is echo'd across industries. Women do not make good leaders, they boss people around rather than asking them. Their grandiose attitudes of inflated self worth in today's society has created a class of women who think bossing men around way of managing is how you get results. Its not just the lack of actual leadership ability, the talking down from them is disgusting. Several women I know have quit jobs because of a woman managers, I have been stitched up by managers and most recently I have had the displeasure of working for a woman IT manager who "knows" everything. An unfuckable, obese, single, cat owner whom has the attitude, personality and face of a bulldogs arse. I asked if we send out warranty info to clients and got the answer back "No, we don't" to which I said "oh we should, its a great revenue earner" to which her reply was "You haven't got to tell me how it works!" Oh sorry love, was I mansplaining to you? Something we don't do but could do - no idea why we don't I've worked for you for a week! Another incident this week was I'm trying to fix something - customer has not been happy with the support for the last few months. I have put 2 hours of support time fixing something :

Just ignore what they say and let them play themselves. At my old job, I literally just walked out when one of my female colleagues gave me orders. Even though she was not my superior, she tried to climb up the ladder by being a bossy cunt without skills.(She was a so called Web developer and could not even do simple HTML or anything, probably just got hired, and got her worthless degree because she was a woman). I even sometimes just packed my shit and drove to the doctor to get a week off and let them drown in their fuck ups they tried to pin on me. I once worked in an office that was all female besides me, I was literally the only male. The amount of shit they talked behind each other's backs was astounding. As soon as one would walk out of the room, the others would immediately start railing on her. The things they would say were so mean, nitpicky, and spiteful. Being a woman under another woman's authority at work is honestly awful. They see you as competition not just in the work place, but in every single aspect of their lives. It's a game to them that they want to "win," absolutely intolerable.
Had the same experiences. Recently, I called out my boss on her crap day in, day out. Respectfully, mind you. We ended up in HR. I got moved to a different department where I work less hours and get paid the same. Got asked if I can give my previous department training on a new system that they're going to be using and I know. I prefer to speak out than to hold it in. Last job where i didn't speak out, i felt like I was going to have a heart attack every day. I ended up getting fired anyway. So now I just go for it.

Agreed. And it's not just management. power tripping cunts are teachers, school principals, doctors… Even with the slightest bit of power they will be cunts. You know what I think? I believe a big portion of women, at least in the West, are pathologically narcissistic. They are in love with their own reflections and think everyone else is below them. They see everyone as competition for their crown of the one and only princess, so women peck each other all the time, including their own daughters and mothers—so much for "toxic" masculinity. And our culture says that's what a woman should be! Femme fatale or princess is considered female ideal, and something men should adore and toil to. I never got this, to be honest.
