In Gensokyo no one will ever die without reason, but if we take this further and move it outside the bubble in another fictional space for youkai and similar, she will (may) not be capable to die by aging, she will actually grow stronger like anyone of her kind stronger, but only to a specific point, then afflictions of old age would occur too, but in strange ways and could transform her in a totally different unhuman beast. In the meanwhile before reaching this point she can die by literally anything else which is not related to aging. A human priest could just eradicate her of existence with some paper charms and holy weaponry.
