in school it's basicly written englisch. so you can read it but not really talk. to learn to understand spoken english it helps to watch movies and series, first with subtitles and then without.

I had English lessons in school for 13 years and didn't learn shit, mostly because there you only learn words or how to write/read sentences, not how to talk/think in English. Because I used to be an introverted fuck for the first 17 years of my life all i was doing in free time was playing shit like WoW or other mmorpgs, so i got pretty fluent in English when i was around 14.
