I keep dying at least twice to patcho’s non spell intro throughout the fight then I lose at one of her spell cards or sakuya finishes me off. Also I die before I can use bombs I feel

Those digits though. Well, everyone has different perspectives. Imperishable Night was considered to be the easiest Touhou installment regardless what difficulty the player is on. Been playing Perfect Cherry Blossom more than hundred hours and still cannot complete Stage six on Lunatic. I was very close to 1cc on Lunatic, making it my 3rd 1cc on Lunatic.

The lasers on her nonspells have weird hitboxes which start and end like a second after their sprite appears/dissapears so keep that in mind. Generally you dont want to move during that nonspell much, the phase where she shoots bullets at you in radial direction and moves all over the screen especially since the bullets are aimed straight at you and by moving erratically you`ll fuck the pattern up and get walled in.
Also which shottype do you use and are you talking about midboss Sakuya or stage boss Sakuya.
IN is easiest with Barrier team maybe, other teams have a pretty hard time on lunatic, like Keine is way harder than Alice, Reimu or especially Marisa are again WAY harder than Prismrivers which i never had any troubles with on lunatic, 5th stage is a joke in PCB if you`re able to memorize it well, i`ve used to perfect the stage part pretty often, Youmu is kinda harder than Reisen though, i`ll give you that, 6th stage has the tardspam in PCB which is again pretty hard, but Kaguya/Eirin is harder to deal with that Yuyuko absolutely, she has like two hard spells for me being the second one and the survival one.

Reimu B has the hardest Patchy desu, so good luck with that
Sakuyas midboss spell is baby tier easy once you know what to do desu, you gotta hug the bottom and kinda make small taps left and right to stream her red kunai waves and after shes done shooting them, dodge the blue knifes, rinse and repeat.

Alright I already promised myself to 1cc eosd on normal before moving on to PCB. I’ll do the extra at another time if I get too demoralized by it

Flans not that bad once you get to know her, but it took me like two weeks to beat her for the first time desu, so it might be a good choice to finish PCB/IN first and deal with extras later.
