Every new Touhou games has their own plot. Every single one has their own incident. New characters, new mechanics, "new" character design, and new conversation. Just simply type Touhou 17 ~ Wily Beast and Weakest Creature (I know, a odd name for a Touhou game). And all the Touhou games (except the fighting games and few spin-offs) are created by one individual, named ZUN.
