Bacteria isn't going to magically evolve under a stress free unvaccimated host environment to allow it to live in a vaccinated host. The best you'd get is a random mutuation. Bacteria evolving in vaccinated hosts to adapt the vaccination is much more likely and well documented

It's also the fact that some people who would want vaccines can't get them because of allergies and other reasons, but they're safe because of herd immunity, i.e. if everyone else is vaccinated then there's no one to infect them.
But then a lot of people that could get vaccines just fine refuse and instead of there being 1/50 that isn't vaccinated you now have 10/50 and suddenly the chances of that person to get sick is 10x greater.

modern hygiene and sanitation practices have cut back more on disease than vaccines have, do they help yes? they may prevent a certain strand (the one that's injected) but they don't eradicate anything
