The thing is the biological findings that groups like unit 731 made paved the way for huge leaps and bounds in the world of medicine, not too dissimilar from the psyche testing by Americans in the 60s

what i like is that they called their human guinea pigs for logs. basically because they thought no more of them then simple resources. check out the wiki on unit 731 its pretty interesting imo

its pretty fucked up. but im kinda admired at the same time.

I not into horror so I'll pass.

Yeah I'm honestly in the same boat, you can't criticize them for taking a once in a species opportunity too harshly, and overall the benefits outweigh the cons

>Did ya ever hearthe Tragedy of Jackie Aprile the wise? I thought not. It's not a story Tony would tell ya. It's a New Jersey DiMeo crime family legend. Jackie Aprile was a boss of the DiMeo crime family, so powerful and so wise he could use brute force to influence the police to whack people in jail... He had such a knowledge of the Business that he could even keep the ones he cared about from being convicted. The dark side of the Business is a pathway to many opportunities some consider to be unnatural. He became so powerful... the only thing he was afraid of was losing his power, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he taught his men everything he knew, then his men whacked him in his sleep. It's ironic he could save others from conviction, but not himself.
