Welcome to /flag/, the general which supports the extra/flag/s plugin, which can be downloaded to give Jow Forums users on Jow Forums, Jow Forums, /sp/, and Jow Forums the ability to select “regional” flags for their respective country.

I have considered making one for regions which are not official per se, such as the State of Jefferson in NorCal or bringing back the old French departments which had the really elaborate flags but I'm still busy finishing all the municipal regionals for the USA, so maybe in the future. I have a few somewhere in my folders. I once did the Rhodesian flag for kicks. I'm sure it could be done eventually (a historical one) but right now I want to focus on completing the plugin as is.

This plugin has existed for about 4 years now, and we've gone through many autists who have devoted time to making the flags. We have a larger general on Jow Forums, but every once in a while I'll make a general here to get to a wider audience.

I got one of the browser add-ons to run it instead of the default and it worked. Not sure how I feel about Jan Biniok having access to all my data. Maybe I'll just run it on Chrome only or something.

hahahahah Yes NY is done down to the 5th lvl. I did not flag the hamlets for they are equivalent to CDPs, 99% of which do not have flags so I didn't find it worth my time. I am currently working on New Jersey.
