I went to sleep early so that I could have 10 hours of sleep but my body woke up and resisted to fall asleep after eight. How do people even do this, I was tired as heck when going to sleep as well, mostly because of a day long headache - migraine.
It's weird how that works. A few days ago I slept 5 hours in two days then the night after my body woke up after sleeping 4 hours again Whoever or whatever designed brains he/she/it did a shit job

always down a huge glass of water before going to bed you'll have to get out again to take a piss but it's worth the hassle

That's why you drink and piss before sleeping plus do that possibly after you wake up at night. Waking up dehydrated is a way to waste a night and get a headache, or kidney stones.
