Well, here in America, AP or Advanced Placement is essentially College-like classes. Here's a simple Google search for a better understanding on what AP really is. Everything's done at home in my time off. Most of the equipment was put together for free too. I usually go for high rep count, but mix in alot of stretches to keep myself limber.
