I can tell you that it's pretty darn bizarre and it was made in 1998 the graphics looks pretty darn unique and like i said it can get creepy at times it talks about the main character called "Lain" who's just your regular quiet loli later on she gets into computers and thinks that "Internet is just the same as the real world"
