I think its because the few black women who see the reality in the US see just how badly nu-politics and jew run media have messed up the average black man into a jobless hoodlum rat. Now a white man provides good stability and will typically treat you pretty well, not to mention provide actual fatherhood for your kids (most black kids don't have fathers), so its a very very big motivational point.
