You only have a frying pan and a stove/flame?
Buy minced meat (beef, pork, chicken etc). Buy olive oil or butter. Buy one or two yellow onions. Buy a small pack (1 or 2 dl, desiliter) full cream or coconut cream, your call.
Buy a pouch of freezed Wok vegetables.
Buy a pack of rice noodles.
Fry the minced meat in oil/butter until pale brown. Move to a platter by pouring and scraping the contents of the pan on the platter.
You have chopped the onions WITH YOUR KNIFE in relatively small pieces while you meat was cooking. Now when your pan is cleared again, add oil/butter and fry those until kinda translucent with browned edges. Pour those on the same platter you poured the meat.
Add some water on the pan, half a glass maybe. Get it boiling, add the frozen veggies and boil until unfrozen. Sample a few bits. When unfrozen, pour on the fried meat and onions.
Add a cup or two of water on your frying pan.
>how much, depends on the volume of your pan
Bring the water to boil in less heat you fried your previous food items.
Add rice noodles in the boiling water. Cook until noodles get genuinely flexible.
>hot cooked rice noodles will get softer even further when exposed to sauces etc.
Pour noodles on top of everything you cooked.
Add salt to your taste.
So, where do you need the the Cream?
That's for the next chapter, in making this toothpaste a proficient home cook.
