Jow Forums could be fixed if the mods and jannies decided to actually take care of Jow Forums boards. All specific topic boards have so many off-topic threads which annoys me quite a bit.
The main finnish imageboard, Ylilauta has a upvote system which has been there for many years. Nothing changed in board quality, probably because it's the worst board I have been in.
