Which one should i chose? Why?

German is a solid choice, although I don't really think "branching out" to Scandi languages works the way the other user suggests.

I'd learn Spanish, it's hard to pick up in the beginning and a bitch with irregular conjugations, so if you're ever going to learn it properly you need a teacher. I started with Spanish and it was super easy for me to pick up French and Italian later because the grammar is similar
