I have passed the pain threshold on my runs. Yesterday I jogged from 5:00 AM and ended at 7:43 pm. Once I got home I felt nothing but pain. But now being awake I feel fine with almost no pain. Now after my rest days, I think it's time to push my body beyond.

I can steadily do up to seven reps with 55 lbs for shoulders but then I'm just go lower and lower.. for the back I don't even know how to measure it's strenght - can barely do some pull-ups with help of extra 33 lbs pushing me up (I alone weight 171 lbs).
If not for the support of biceps, I probably wouldn't budge.
I'm working out on machines, mainly on various gate related weight excercises. Free weight is still before me, though I try doing shoulders with dumbbells.

I do cardio by running a treadmil - in a month I managed to up my game from 9.5 km/h for just above one km to 4 km/h on a steady pace 10.5 km/h with max. of 12.5 or sometimes just 11.5 km/h.
Overall with all breaks (2 - 4 in general when I slow down to 5.5 - 6.5) I have a medium speed of 9.7 - 10.4 km/h. No elevation, flat run.
But recently I have been having troubles going even over 2 km.
Might be because recently I have been tiring myself because of helping grandparents with some running here and there or with dragging tires from some godforgotten basement and changing battery in a car, so dunno.
I just tire myself extra easily.
I'm worried how I will manage to do workouts with school on my back plus when weather gonna get colder - gotta start taking showers inside gym instead of walking it till home and jumping into pajamas after shower.
Do you have some sort of a diet you strictly stick to?

I don't know how the pass/fail and points work but if you ran a whole day I think you are more than ready. The Air Force Academy here has a similar test and I managed to run the 2.5 kilometers (I'm assuming thats 1.5 miles) in 8 minutes even if I can't run for more than 15 minutes.

Well when it comes to running I never use treadmills, only roadwork for me. If I do use treadmills it's only to keep in pace and how long will I last, but I don't use it as much anymore for it's bad for the knees.

Make a monthly list of workout days and what to work on. It help so things don't become overwhelming.

When it comes to spec ops I don't think I'm ready. I heard the job I want to get into only 10% of people passed, hell there was Olympic athletes that joined but couldn't handle it, so they dropped out. The plan for me on workouts I'm doing is how much pain can I endure.

Okay treadmills does most of the work and it bonces so your knees don't take much on an impact when you jog on it. Making your knees weak but on the road you do all the work and you control the speed you work and your knees strengthen.

I'm use to drink shit tons of water. I guess I'm just accustom to it. I stared with 2 L a day but when I found it wasn't enough I when up to a gallon, now 2 gallons.
