Long time Link holder here. We got screwed. Time to face it. Will keep my Link as a long term hold, but I genuinely don't see it hitting even $1 this year. Even if the project is sound, there just isn't enough money coming into crypto as an asset class. Maybe things will be different by the end of 2020.
The thing you should keep in mind is that LINK doesn't depend on normies fomoing in. It's an institutional solution. How many individual people will ever need an oracle service in their day to day?

This is not FUD. You put money in a young project with a small but dedicated and professional team. Don't expect to become a millionaire overnight.
I'd rather they spend another couple of years working with their partners and community devs on a rock solid consensus mechanisms than have plenty of hype and a project that will eventually deflate to 0.
