This unironically is what happened to me. I used to be extremely ambitious, drank a lot of green tea and red bull everyday. I took highly concentrated green tea pills.

Not sure it would help remedially if damage has already been done but you could try taking antioxidants like vitamin c and coenzyme q10. From what I read stimulants that work by releasing dopamine cause a lot of oxidative stress that can lead to necrosis.

Increase your testosterone levels naturally, you will feel unreal. As cringe as nofap is, it does actually work. Sex drive and testosterone helps with mental clarity, motivation, risk-taking etc. This and my previous posts helped me. Outside of that modafinil is okay but not to be taken on a consistent basis. Also recommend working out in the morning as opposed to at night, very good way to start your day. Wake up early as well. Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. Lift and do cardio

Diet is important, eat slightly under maintenance calories. Find ur maintenance at iifym.com.

Eat roughly the same kinds of foods evey day. Eggs, olive oil, flaxseed oil, salmon fish, broccoli, meat, beef with minimal processed additives.

Try to incorperate the healthiest foods to fit your macronutients. Ever since i started doing this i have felt much better than usual, which is now not wanting to kms. I guess thats the benchmark. Also get 8hrs sleep. Sleep is more important than anything imo, also try not to eat at least 2hrs b4 bedtime.

Take 100-200mg modafinil ED.

I used that shit for ages and it changed my life. Normally I’m constantly dealing with mind fog and tiredness... modafinil made me feel unstoppable, it’s cheap also.

I looked into L-theanine and CoQ10 (bought those the same day) took L-theanine and induced a seizure so I went to the ER.

I think years of it has reduced my brain function. Started taking ginkgo and fish oil for the past year haven’t noticed any difference. I used to be extremely ambitious, aiming to be top 10%, top 1%, getting awards and shit. Now it’s like I’m a totally different person.

I eat lamb's liver, cow liver is pretty similar. I think chicken liver is slightly less nutritious, but still good. I eat around 100g per week, that's enough. No need to eat too much or you'll overdose on vitamin A. Oysters are high as fuck in zinc, which you need for test production and also to balance out with copper (which liver is high in). High in B12 too. Oysters and liver are like my multivitamins.
