I agree with you but WoW classic is not a casual friendly game. If you want end game gear you need to dedicate 25+ hours a week. That's like having a second job. I wasted so many years of my life playing classic on private servers and I don't have any desire to play anymore.

I prefer old Elder Scrolls games like Skyrim, Oblivion, and Daggerfall.
Anytime I play an mmo it's a substandard experience and even if I'm in a guild, and guild chatting, I'm still soloing all the content mostly or doing things with strangers I never see again.
And the mobs have very tight short wander paths, and everything just seems like a false shitty theme park.
Not just WoW but all WoW clones. Most all mmos.
They kind of suck.

Got kicked out of a guild today because I called them glowies. I honestly think the biggest guilds on each server are mass inviting people and farming data from them.

I've encountered alot of people not from the US on US servers as well. They will troll in the starting area and trade, and basically act like bots or like they work for alphabet soup.

The mass influx in people makes it easier for them to blend in.

Go to where the pedos hang out might I recommend Westfall,Duskwood,Goldshire,Church basements.Not to mention redridge.

I hear you OP. I've been sinking a lot of time into the past week, but have come to the same conclusion. I would like to be able to play it minimally, but the only way I've ever enjoyed the game in the past is by going big dick. Even though I work from home, and could easily invest 8+ hours a day into the game if I wanted, I just can't allow myself to do that like I used to; back when I was still pretty blue-pilled.

I also work at home and its been causing problems - i find myself on the game while I'm on calls, only barley focusing on either task really...

Getting addicted to WoW is so 2004. I'm addicted to Magic Arena...which is worse in a way since it's expensive as fuck. I will probably revisit WoW classic when they add BC and Wotlk.
