ADA and ZIL have potential, EOS is a centralized project that tries to pass itself for something it isn't, and Tomochain really isn't anything at the moment. But do your own research and don't trust people here, 99% are ignorant or paid people shilling their bags.

EOS and ADA are both good, targeting different markets (despite the two communities apparently hating each other)
EOS will target amateur DApps developers (launch fast, fast transactions, free for the user, etc)
ADA will target enterprise (permissionned blockchain, run-time verification, provably secure protocols).

Take it as a compliment for Cardano, the only worthwhile criticism is that it pumped too much as a start and had to correct a lot. As far as the tech goes, everything looks solid, they get their stuff reviewed by experts in the field to make sure there's never potential flaws and they're constantly keeping people updated as to what they're up to. So FUDsters grasp at straws. Darryl might transition, I don't know and don't really care, but yes he does look good at what he does.
