I think I’m doing OK. Made some selling too early or too late mistakes but overall happy with progress.

initial 7k
ATH 15k
now 5k

How did you get $450 to $100k in that short time?

Blow by blow is:
>NEO from $4 to $10 (sold too early obviously)
>all in ZRX straight out of ICO
>kyber at ico
>req at ico
>ETP from $1 to $5
>lucked in on the litecoin pump
>got in on vechain from $1 to $9
>wanchain ico

I don’t think I’m missing anything but might be. Basically going all in on tokens that are clear to take off and then selling and moving on to next. Vechain was my best, mainly because it took me up to the $100k but also shielded me significantly from the bear market. I sold it all at $5 though

always all in ?

How do you pick ICOs? Are the high rated ones always the winners?

Sorry forgot ICX at presale. Only bought 1 eth at presale but sold it for 15k during that crazy december(?) pump to help me go all in on vechain

initial $250 (last april)
ATH $45,000
current $20,000
cashed out maybe $5k or so

could be worse... still HODLing and day trading

larping

Mostly. Sometimes I’ll split between 2-3. Currently split 40/60 wanchain / matrix ai. Wanchain is a no brainer but matrix ai is a risk - I’m not waiting until mainnet, Just until it reaches peak hype, which I’m guessing will be long before release of a mainnet.

I always picked what I felt the market would FOMO into the most. REQ was my first wake up call and I didn’t enter an ico after that. ICX was my biggest winner but the one I put the least into.

Bought the majors early enough to make money but traded some of it away at losses

Now I'm almost back where I started and ready to start over with my profits as my new portfolio

Did you buy Tezos?

No I missed tezos but I would have definitely bought it and got absolutely raped. I’d have gone mostly all in. Same with Bancor. I’d have been annihilated there too. They both fit the type of market hype I’d have looked for if I remember. Lucky escape.

Shit close call

How do you miss shit? Just find out too late and they won't take your ETH? Or do they screen applicants

It was really early on into me getting into crypto I think. Seeing as I got in around June and I was laser focused on antshares at the time.

Wasn’t until I bought ZRX at 3x ICO and still got a crazy return in a few days I realised I wanted to flip some ICOs until it all went to shit. So by this point tezos and bancor were both done. I don’t think I’m going to go back to ICOs now - 50k is enough to play it safer.

Would be pretty easy to prove if you really care that much. I mean I still control all the wallets I used. Also keep in mind Ian 6-figure-slave Balina called all of them. You only had to follow him to do exactly what I did. More importantly Jow Forums was ahead of me for a lot of them. Vechain I was lucky because I saw the manipulation in the chart and wanted in on the suppression breaking down. Then vechain started marketing like never before.

Perhaps I worded that wrong. What I mean was “I buy what I’m pretty sure others will fomo into, I then sell when I think we’ve ridden the main hype wave but that could be -10% from top or -50% from top and usually when I’ve got something else I want to get in on”. Like I held ZRX too long because I just hadn’t seen something I felt was going to do better in the short term for example. And I left REQ too early because I saw something I wanted more and instead of selling 122k REQ for $100k+ I think I sold it for like 12k

Started beginning of December.

Initial: $20,000
ATH: $126,000
Current: $8500

Majority Hold: HST

HODL'ing due to taxes/don't want to reset my longterm capital gains clock. Wish I listened to my gut and sold when I dipped to $80k back in Jan though, could have increased my position by a metric fuck-ton and been nearly guaranteed a multi-millionaire by next year.

$11.5k
$3k

Biggest earners were DBC, ADA, XRP and currently CS. I wish I'd sold the top or close to it for DBC, I'd still have 6 or 7k. Oh well.

I failed quite badly, didn't short during the dip because I burnt out right before the dip and swore to just let go and hold or else I would have got a heart attack. Then got the typical "it can't go any lower" and "I feel no pain". Well whatever I guess, I've 3x'd and about to put in 3k more next week and then I'll have 12k initial for the next bull run, might be able to go to 100k.
