I used to like the long RPG nintendo games when I was a teenager but I lost interest once I noticed females and had kids. Now the only time I play them is with my kids (boys ages 8 and 10) and I suck at them now and am lost in regards to whats cool and what's not. But I guess like everything else in the US, what the population is supposed to pretend is cool is up to the jew. But I do think all the call of booty games with head phones so people can mouth off to strangers they'll never meet IRL is gay as hell.

I am becoming 25 next month and my age group of 23-28 year olds all play video games when they come home from work, They do not drive their car except from and back to work, No pleasure rides, everywhere you want to go costs "gas" while they have no trouble forking over for artificial dopamine kicks that last 5 seconds after purchasing the game.

I had a similar experience but in retrospect it’s all bs. For some reason I really just stopped having fun playing video games sometime around graduating high school. I’m 34 and sometimes try to get back into it because I want more hobbies and mindless fun things to do but I can never get into it long-term. Seems like a everybody to each his own thing though bc my dad raised a fuck ton of kids, worked his whole life as a homicide detective and retired comfortably, but he was into playing video games on and off during that entire period of working and retirement until his death. I bought him a fuckin Wii U for Christmas before he died. Anywho, the guy was pretty gruff, stood taller than me at 6’2 and did basically everything pol would consider “manly” including raising kids and saving his money properly but he just liked video games sometimes.

I wasn't trying to invalidate something else, I am just curious as to why something has to be validated in the first place.
