after years and years of near daily weightlifting for hours, i find i just can't work up the enthusiasm and all the fucking around.

i could only do it if i had a complete dumbell wrack of premade weights. even then i'd only do the bare minimum and probably just do more sets and less weight

HIIT increases your growth hormone but it was too much stress on my heart. still would be incredible if someone could maintain a routine like that.

mild cardio is fine. even shaker machines. if your goal is just to not be a fat fuck change your diet and if you want to be muscular take roids. honestly my enthusiasm is completely gone.

Weightlifting. I used to run 3 times a week, but ultimately the progress feels a lot less meaningful.

Hmm. I don't really see myself weightlifting for the rest of my life. But I enjoy it for now.

i think my gear was pretty shit if you have an olympic bar with the wide sides maybe pyramiding sets wouldn't be so horrible

I usually do 50m of hard cardio (around 800Kcal) and sequentially I do 6 exercises for 2 similar muscular groups (30 min), and I end with crossfit and calisthenics (15m). Total 1 hours and 45 minutes x 4 days/week.
