Margin of safety is decent for getting an understanding of the basics and keeping your head straight in the long run. It costs like 900 USD for the paperback, but you can easily download a free pdf. The first chapter is useful if you're new to it. Pretty much just says not to use the market prices as a true reflection of the value, and if the market is showing something irrational (Like a price negatively deviating from its underlying business value) then you have a oppurtunity to amek profit. An example would be REQ, price went negative, when all they did was increase their underlying business value (PWC announcement), Not shillign REQ and I don't own any, but its a decent example. Easy read too.

I've been really enjoying the Market Wizards series by Jack D. Schwager. I originally torrented it and enjoyed it so much I paid for the ones that were unreadable on my kindle. It touches on both formulating fundamentals but also learning about the psychology of winning traders.

For technicals I like to watch the trading 212 series on youtube.

I find it best to take the lessons from this book as principles. They're not set in stone, and if you're aggressive/ you'll miss out on oppurtunities by sticking to someone else's principles. Use them as part of your arsenal/ counsel when you don't know what move to make (if you even should). I'm generally a conservative trader anyway, I make 1 or 2 bgi swing trades a week desu, as opposed to high frequency/ low position trades. Best of luck my man.

Nah its been fairly recommended by a few people. I'm a fan of Shrekli as a businessman, he mentioned it as basic reading. I read it a few years ago, but it still holds true.
