got the seed, but never used skycoin wallet before so a bit confused. Any hints on part 2?

The 2nd part says that the seed is shuffled and shows you how to unshuffle it. Would've been too easy to leave just the first step.

Thanks user for fun although there is an online tool to get through the first cypher, so I kinda cheated. The second one is very easy

Yeah, gave the correct hints.
If you labeled the seed words you got from step 1 with the letters from step 2, you had to reorder the words so you'd get the labels from A to L

It wasn't meant to be hard, the pot wasn't large anyway. I want to do more in the future and maybe more complex ones, too.

Yeah it's super good, cracking the infamous Enigma felt so satisfying.
I like the idea of crypto puzzles for crypto community although as I mentioned most of the common ciphers could be decoded using online tools.
first part is trifid cipher
second part is just rearranging seed words according to alphabet - 4th word goes 1st, 6th word goes 2nd an so on
I'll get that game, it sounds great. Have you tried notpron? If not, google it, I had a lot of fun playing about 10 years ago, although it's not strictly crypto but puzzle solving.
I was thinking I might emply some steganography too in the next contest, so it wouldn't be as easy to 'cheat'.
