But it's clear due to the shading of the frontmost shading that this is supposed to be 4 wheeled carriage, with the front one being on the other side.
Furthermore, it seems odd to me that the front wheel is that far forward, given that the carriage should be completely in line with the non diagonal tracks.
The face should also be just a sideview for that same reason
