I just did a powernap on a big puff on teatchers lounge
Legend rares are a special case, rarer than uber rares at a 0.3% drop rate (compared to ubers 5%), there is only one of them in each set. fortunately bahamut is not a legend rare, otherwise it would be much, much harder to aquire him.
the nice part of seeds being a thing in game is that I'll be able to choose which set to draw my legend from... and I already know who I'm picking.

well, there is a kot called Ushiwakamaru, I've selected them for being exceptionally effective against angelic enemies.

unfortunately not, but the only legend with that ability is quite a way away. even then, in recent uber draws I've aquired the uber known as Aer, who can cover barrier breaking quite well.
